Winning bids carry a buyer fee that is shown on every lot before you bid — it covers secure payment handling, title verification and transfer paperwork. There are no listing-view fees and no charges for losing bids.
Are the cars inspected?

What does "no reserve" mean?
A no-reserve lot sells to the highest bidder whatever the price. Where a seller sets a reserve, the amount is disclosed up front on the listing — never discovered after the timer ends.
How does payment work after I win?
Checkout runs through our secure payment partners with funds held in escrow. The pay button stays unavailable until a payment gateway is connected, and every charge is confirmed by email with an invoice.
Can I get the car delivered?
Yes. Every win includes quotes from vetted enclosed and open carriers, and our team coordinates pickup windows with the seller. Local collection is also available at no charge.
How do I sell my car on Hammerfall Bids?
Head to the contact page and choose "I want to sell". We schedule a photo shoot and inspection, write the listing with you, and set a live auction date — most cars sell within ten days of listing.
What if the car is not as described?
Buyer protection covers material misrepresentation. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our team pauses the seller payout while an independent assessor reviews the claim.
