Is bidding really free to start?
Yes. The Spectator plan is free forever, and placing bids requires only the refundable Bidder verification. You pay the plan fee only while you hold an active Bidder subscription, and the buyer fee only when you win.
What does the buyer fee cover?
Secure payment handling, title verification, transfer paperwork and access to vetted transport quotes. It is shown on every lot before you bid, so there are never surprises at checkout.
How do seller payouts work?
Buyer funds are held in escrow when the hammer falls and released to you once the title transfer is confirmed — usually within three business days of collection or delivery.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel in two clicks from your account page and stay active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
