Bids are binding
Every bid placed on Hammerfall Bids is a binding offer to buy at that price. Retractions are allowed only for genuine entry errors reported before the auction closes, and repeated retractions lead to account suspension.
Reserves and winners
Lots marked "no reserve" sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. Where a reserve applies, the amount is disclosed on the listing. The winner is the highest bid at zero seconds; in the event of a timing dispute, the platform bid log is final.
Fees and payment
Buyer fees are shown on every lot before you bid and are due with the hammer price within 48 hours of winning. Unpaid wins are offered to the next-highest bidder and may result in account restrictions.
Seller obligations
Sellers warrant clear ownership, accurate mileage and disclosure of known defects. Vehicles must match their inspection report; material misrepresentation pauses payout and may delist the seller.
Fair play
Shill bidding, bid shielding and coordinated manipulation lead to permanent removal and forfeiture of pending payouts. One account per person; verification is required to bid.
