What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), identity-verification documents for bidding eligibility, bid and transaction history, inspection and listing content you submit as a seller, and basic usage data that keeps the marketplace fast and secure.
How we use it
To run live auctions, verify sellers and buyers, process payments through our payment partners, arrange title transfer and delivery, prevent fraud, and send auction alerts you asked for. We never sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share only what a transaction needs: payment processors receive payment details, carriers receive delivery addresses, and title agencies receive transfer paperwork. Each acts under contract and only for that purpose.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at support@hammerfallbids.com. Deletion completes within 30 days except where transaction records must be retained by law.
